Hi, just a note to say ' Thank you ' for our stay @ your hotel it was all top class! Thank you also for passing on our message to room 7. Your staff showed they were very very professional and friendly, always at the ready and always had a tolerant attitude towards one and all. The room was very nice - clean, tidy and had a lovely woody smell. Breakfast was delicious - with special compliments for the fruit salad, the bacon and eggs, the diversity of breads, savoury and sweet, and the teas. Ah! and we will not forget the generosity of free internet. Great! Now all that's missing is a wireless connection ; ) This time we did not get to try the pool but next time we will not miss it. Please do not change the way you are! It is indubitably a place we will recommend to our friends. We cannot praise the staff enough for all they did for us and for their friendliness and the maid service was superb leaving our room fresh and clean every day - all of this added to make a special holiday for us. Thanks also must be given to Marilyn in Reservations for making the booking so easy and for helping us locate the same room we had previously - I was under the impression I was dealing directly with the Quinta Perestrello when e-mailing, but Fatima told me when I asked to thank her that she worked from the main reservations office! You have a truly beautiful hotel and a truly beautiful island and we will definitely be back. Thanks once again. Regrettably this was only for three days this time since we then spent a week at our timeshare at Royal Savoy. However, we hope to stay longer with you next time.
